"Up Front"
Developing Effective Presentation Skills
Although speaking in front of a group remains one of the most prevalent
fears today, this workshop is designed to provide participants
with a clear understanding of the Communication Process and how
to overcome Speech Anxiety. They will learn proper organization
techniques for presentations and will view firsthand their own
styles by having their presentations videotaped. The videotaping
allows the participants to monitor and modify verbal and nonverbal
styles and provides a means of illustrating the development of
the individual's own speaking style.

A corporation's direction is driven by a number of factors, one
of which is an executive's ability to create a vision and guide
people toward it. From the Top is a coaching-focused training
session designed for executives who wish to cultivate and develop
their
presentation style to a point that helps to encourage and motivate
their employees to strive for a higher level of performance.
Participants may have a speaking engagement for which they
need to prepare or
simply the desire to increase the impact of their messages to
their audiences

Enhancing Interpersonal Communication Skills
While speaking and presentation skills are critical to career development,
effective Interpersonal Communication Skills are the foundation
of a healthy personal and professional lifestyle. This workshop
teaches participants the nuances of Interpersonal Communication
by examining three areas: Intrapersonal Communication, Interpersonal
Communication, and Organizational Communication. Each type of communication
affects the others. The workshop uses diagnostic methods to demonstrate
the participants' understanding of the Communication Process and
how to improve the quality and effectiveness of their interactions.
